  • Is this really a certification or just a course with a certificate?

    It is a certification. There is a difference. A certificate means you watched something. A certification means you completed structured learning, engaged with live sessions, and earned a verifiable credential. The DAIS-R badge is issued through Credly. Verified, searchable, and permanent.

  • I am not a tech person. Will this go over my head?

    No. This was built for dental office managers, not tech people. If you can draft a pre-auth letter or manage an AR aging report, you can do this. The program teaches you how to use AI as a tool inside your existing workflow.

  • How much time does this take each week?
